Stakeholder and community engagement is the process of developing, implementing and evaluating communication strategies that ensure all groups or individuals with a vested interest in a project, business or activity are properly engaged or consulted with. On a major infrastructure development project for example, stakeholder engagement will ensure local communities, business owners, residents, community groups, councils, government bodies and utilities are part of the communication process during the lead up to, delivery and completion of a project.
No Crumbs Communications has been delivering stakeholder engagement strategies for more than 10 years including on site delivery.
