No Crumbs Communications provided community and stakeholder engagement services for Main Roads WA’s Kimberley Bridge project located in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia.

Working for the nominated contractor, Fortec Australia, services included on site stakeholder and communications management as an integrated member of the site project team and creation and implementation of the Community & Stakeholder Management Plan.

Our team also wrote, produced and distributed all community and stakeholder related communications and managing approvals with Main Roads WA’s strategic communications branch.

The project involved significant liaison with local Aboriginal communities in collaboration with the nominated Aboriginal Engagement Manager.
