No Crumbs Communications provided community and stakeholder engagement services for Main Roads WA’s Great Eastern Roe Highway Interchange upgrade project. Working for the nominated contractor, services included on site stakeholder and communications management services as a member of the site project team in addition to writing, producing and managing distribution for all community and stakeholder related communications.

Other key responsibilities included implementing the community and stakeholder engagement management plan and management/facilitation of community (Community Reference Group) meetings, community liaison, website creation and maintenance, writing regular newsletters and construction progress updates.

The project won a Management of Engineering Excellence Award in the category of ‘Management of Engineering’.
